HOUSTON CRIME STATS RISK REPORT COMING SOON!

The Risk Report is a comprehensive tool that provides data, a foreseeability analysis based on Texas’ case law of Timberwalk v Cain, and a list of hundreds of areas for discovery, Request for Production, and Interrogatories. Depositions taken as the result of an inadequate/negligent security law suit require some goal at the end.  This report provides specific questions that may be valuable for the defendant deponent. Defense counsel will benefit as they can prepare themselves and witnesses more thoroughly.  This is a one-of a kind body of work that, while patterned for Texas civil law, can be used universally across the United States.

How can a business benefit from this information?  Security planning is not always straightforward but the basic questions of why a plan was necessary are common regardless of the type of business.  While business owners are not expected to be lawyers, this information can be used by Senior Management, Risk Managers, Security Managers, Security Expert Witnesses and Property Management Companies.

We will provide some basic analysis but the end user is always responsible for making business decisions.  What risk exposure exists when a company has no process in place to determine the safety and security of those who are on your property?    There is no risk until there is.  Your approach can be proactive to plan for crime based on past events or you can wait until you are sued and have to defend why you were unaware and did nothing.

Those clients who would benefit from our Risk Report are:

  • Attorneys
  • Apartment properties
  • Property Management Companies
  • Convenience stores
  • Gas stations
  • Fast Food Chains
  • Realtors
  • Home Hunters
